Arizona foreclosures are piling up and pulled our wonderful state into the top 3 states in the nation based on mortgage performance.

In a recent article by the National Mortgage Brokers Association it was reported that 5.6% of all Arizona mortgages are in some sort of foreclosure.  Florida was at a staggering 10.6%, Nevada at 7.8%, Arizona at 5.6% and California close behind at 5.2%.

With the unemployment rate probably not reaching it’s peak until mid-year 2010 it’s probably going to get worse before it gets any better.
