Litchfield Farms Short Sale — New to Market!!

We are starting to see lenders approving more of our short sales and have also been responding faster than before.

I anticipate a portion of this is because it is getting close to the end of the year and these lenders want to get properties off of their books in 2009 rather than carry more defaulted inventory into 2010.

It also could be because the holidays can be a slower time of the year for sales so they want to hurry and get deals under contract before the market slows down.  That could add hundreds of thousands of dollars in more missed payments to the lender’s balance sheet.
