The Arizona senate has transferred the bill (HB 2008 which includes SB 1271 & the language to repeal the anti-deficiency law) to the governor’s office.  Governor Brewer may have up to 10 days to sign the bill, veto the bill, or possibly just let the bill pass as a law without a signature at all.

A full repeal of SB 1271 would benefit the average Arizona homeowner so all homeowners are encouraged to support a full repeal of the SB 1271 anti-deficiency law!
