HB 2008 SIGNED!!!

Governor Brewer JUST signed HB 2008  which repeals SB 1271 and it’s changes to the anti-deficiency statute!

This is the signature we have been waiting for!  Thank you Governor for your support and concern for all Arizona homeowners.  We appreciate your considerations and look forward to a prosperous future for the wonderful state of Arizona!
