Thinking about short selling your home?? Don’t hire just anyone! Most Realtors are not qualified to short sell your property! Here are some good questions to ask your short sale agent:

2. Do you specialize in short sales?
3. How many short sale deals do you have right now?
4. Have you successfully closed short sale deals?
5. Do you have any other professional resources to help me?
6. Do you charge any fees up front?
