SB 1271…Deadline tomorrow, Sept 5!!

We are awaiting word from the Governor’s office on the repeal of Arizona’s Anti-deficiency law SB 1271 which will be repealed with the Governor’s signing of HB 2008.

We are anticipating an answer before the close of business today as the deadline is tomorrow.
