Short Sales & HAFA…

The new HAFA program is going strong…sort of.

Although I LOVE the idea of the program and I know they meant well when they came up with it I still am not 100% sold on all the parameters.

Very few people actually qualify for the program the current way it is written and even less than that will probably actually take advantage of it.

For the people that DO qualify it can be an excellent way to short sell your home and the benefits are huge! For those that don’t qualify we can still go about the traditional short sale route and get the property sold.
