US Bank Going Out of Business?

Is US Bank going out of business? It sure seems like they are…

Constant phone calls are made but we are put on hold for 1 hour and 37 minutes?? Average daily hold time — 1+ hour. Can’t they pay anyone to answer the phone?

Voicemails are not returned, emails are not working half the time and the other half they are not returned either.

Short sale approvals?? Virtually non-existent. Files sit in review for weeks and never move forward. BPO’s are done but nothing is done with them! They just sit there. US Bank continues to spend money on BPOs & Appraisals, on paying people to eventually answer the phone after an hour plus wait and then hang up on you, and a fax line that never quite seems to receive any paperwork. Funny because my confirmation sheets keep coming and yet the fax on the other end isn’t receiving? Have you people tried 4InkJets.com?? Cheap ink, bulk rates available, even free shipping…..(I’m just trying to help here)

Forget about supervisor help because if you ask they will tell you “We have no supervisors.” Are you kidding me?? US Bank can’t afford to pay a supervisor to run a department? Or they can’t spend the money to train their employees so they realize that the person in that corner office with the plant that signs their checks is actually their supervisor?? Who in the world did they think it was?

I would run, not walk, as fast as possible from any US Bank. Close your accounts and get your money out of there before they become the next big lender implosion. The FDIC probably plans to take them over sometime soon and hopefully bring some people in there that can try and salvage whatever is left of that dying lender. Although there is a small window of opportunity for US Bank to redeem themselves that window is closing fast and unless they do something about all these short sales that keep piling up then they will become just another sinking lender in a sea of despair.
