A Scottsdale short sale in an affluent community listed at over 500k is no different than say a Phoenix short sale  deal at 50k.   The bank still looks at the same things — fair market value of the property, the net to the bank, and what are the alternatives?  Scottsdale short sales or Paradise Valley short sales although usually higher dollar values than some other areas they still happen….and we still get them done!
