Fannie Mae needs 8.4 Billion dollars???
Fannie Mae has asked the goverment for 8.4 Billion dollars in order to help cover its 11.5 billion dollar 1st quarter loss for 2010.
Fannie Mae now has a total loss of about 145 Billion dollars due to the current housing crisis.
Maybe if Fannie would stop allowing short sale properties to go into foreclosure they would be able to stop some of the bleeding…but no, they’ll continue to let hard working, responsible Americans who have taken the initiative to do a short sale and chose to NOT just walk away from their home lose their property at the last minute to foreclosure.
Yes, even when there is an able & willing buyer with a contract in and money in hand…Fannie Mae STILL continues to foreclose on these properties.
Why? There’s the mystery…
Call them up at 1-800-732-6643 and tell them to STOP ALLOWING RESPONSIBLE HOMEOWNERS TO END UP IN FORECLOSURE!!!!!!
